This New Year's, skip plain ol' Champagne, and celebrate with one of these easy, festive cocktails instead.

Cranberry Kir Royale: This blush-toned sparkler makes good use of leftover cranberry sauce. Just be sure to let the liqueur steep in advance 4 days before the party!

: Ready in under 5 minutes, this fizzy drink features one of winter's best fruits. The recipe calls for Prosecco, but Cava or Champagne would also do nicely here.

: Feeling chilly? Watch the ball drop with our festive take on a traditional hot toddy. Make the kids their own version with apple juice instead of rum.

See you in 2013!
