Ultra creamy and tangy with a faint hint of vanilla, these tropical-inspired pops taste like summer. Indulgent enough to be dessert, but light enough in calories to be a small snack, Piña Colada Pops are worth the freezer space. To make a more adult version, and to stay more true to the name, feel free to add a dash of rum when whisking.

Ice pops are a fun way to enjoy your favorite dessert flavors with a lower calorie impact. In this case, you'll get all the tropical flavors of a piña colada without all the calories of coconut cream and rum. But if these pops aren't meant to serve young kids, feel free to add a little rum for a fun boozy bite.

3-Ingredient Piña Colada Pop

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons canned light coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It:

1. Whisk together all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Pour into molds and freeze for at least five hours.

Serves 2 (serving size 1 [4-ounce] pop)
