How to Make It
Preheat grill to medium-high (about 450°F). Combine chicken breast tenders, chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, olive oil, lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, garlic cloves, pepper, and kosher salt in a bowl. Thread tenders onto 8 skewers; grill 5 minutes per side or until done.
Stir together salsa, Sriracha chili sauce, and smoked paprika. Spoon salsa mixture over plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt in a small bowl; serve with kebabs. Sprinkle with fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves.
